Returns and Exchanges:
At Zenith Fitz, we strive to provide the most detailed product descriptions possible so that there are no surprises when you receive our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.
Order Cancellation Policy:
We take pride in our ability to process all orders placed on our website quickly. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at info@zenithfitz.net as soon as possible. Since most in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is crucial to contact us within this time frame so we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. Cancellation requests for already processed orders will not be accepted.
Address Errors:
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the address provided and contact us promptly to request any modifications. Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are refused or undeliverable (inaccessible, incomplete addresses, etc.). In such cases, packages may be returned to the sender, but not always. If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you either a refund minus shipping costs or a reshipment at your choice. You will not be entitled to a reshipment or a refund until the package has been received by the sender.
Return Policy:
We accept returns* for any reason! Whether you are dissatisfied or simply changed your mind. Our return policy allows returns within 30 days from the time you receive your products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply fill out the return form, sign it, and send it along with the package to the address we will provide when you contact our support team.
